Making strives everyday to maintain a healthy life style. It has been a struggle, but I know God is with me. My goal is to lose 10lbs a month, this is a reachable and attainable goal.

It's One Of Those Days...........

It has been a struggle today, I weight myself and found that I gained 2lbs.  I have to refigure what I am eating.  But nevertheless I am still on board.
Breakfast - Orange (1) and Rice Cake (1)
Snack - Graham Cracker (4)
Lunch - Special K (2) and fat free milk (2) and a Banana (1)
Snack- Popcorn (3)
Dinner- WWmeal (5), a salad (0)  and a apple (1)
The plan is to increase vegies and decrease in Breads.  Hopefully this will balance my days out.

  2. Hey lady, I'm glad you're not bummed about the weight gain. I need to ask are you following the new plan? Apples are 0 points.
