Stayed on task all week. I found that by eliminating a full lunch meal has helped me this week.
So my week has been
Breakfast : Rice Cake (1pt) or Frosted Flakes (3 pts w/milk 2pts) Orange (1pt)
Snack: Turkey and Crackers ( 4 pts)
Lunch: Apple (0pts)
Dinner WW meal (5 pts or under), Meat Ball sub (8pts) salad (0) Dressing (2) Orange (1pt)
Dessert: Fudge bar (sugar free ice cream (1pt), candy ( fudge squares 5pts), Chips (7pts)
So, I maintained the weight I loss this week (2.8lbs), I was excited and it proved that I was on the right track.
I shared with Mia, this evening that I lost a total of 9lbs and if I continue then I will be on track for the goal I set for ten pounds a month. My weight as of today is 290, It is hard but I also found out that I have to eat the things I like (candy and chips) especially if I really want to stick to the new lifestyle.
Another acheivement this week, I returned to the gym on Wednesday and Thursday of this week. I worked on the eliptical for (12mins), the circuit (5 mins) and the treadmeal (15 mins Wed and 16.8 mins Thursday). I will be back on Saturday and Sunday this week.
So yeah....... for me.
