A Good Day - Saturday/Sunday

Started the day with a Rice Cake (1pt) and a Orange (1pt)
Snack - Cheese and two crackers - (5 pts)
Lunch - Apple ( Busy day was getting tires put on my car)
Snack - 3 mustketeer bar (6 pts) and nuts (4)
Dinner - Chilli w/beef (beef - 3, beans -2, tomatoes canned -0 and seasoning -0) and crackers- 4
Total - 26

Sunday
Excellent day at church, the text care from Jeremiah 31:3 and 1 Corinthians 13.  The subject was on Love.
Breakfast - Oatmeal w/fat free milk (4pts) and a orange (1pt)
Lunch - Apple and nuts (4pts)
Snack - Cheese and crackers (4pts), furit bites (3pts) and twix (7 pts)
Dinner - Chicken - (3 pts), wheat noodles (3 pts) cream of mushroom soup (3pts) and orange (1)
Snack - Fudgescicles (1pt)
Total - 35 pts
