Making strives everyday to maintain a healthy life style. It has been a struggle, but I know God is with me. My goal is to lose 10lbs a month, this is a reachable and attainable goal.

Saturday Very busy

The day was very unnerving.  On my way to choir Rehearsal, a shooting occurred at 39th Prospect.  To say the least, I was beyond scared but blessed all at the same time, God spared me by not allowing me to be in the midst of the gunfire.  I pray for those that were hurt and possibly killed that day.  Glory to God.
I had to share this because it was apart of my day.
I feel good about my food choices and I called my friend the TFD, to make sure that I was on track with choosing Panda Express Kun Po Chicken and Mixed Vegs (8 pts).
Breakfast - Oatmeal (2 pts) and a orange  (0 pts) milk (3)
Dinner - Bread 1 slice (1 pts), Deli Turkey (1), mustard (0) and a orange (0)
snack Graham Crackers (4), Cheese 2% cheddar (2pts).
exercise was added today (13points) and a Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (4pts)
So I used a total of 26 points - food value
and worked off 13 pts for intense exercising.
My allowanceis 34.
