Lunch - Progresso Light Chicken and Noodle Soup (2) and sugar free jello (0)
Snack - Graham Crackers (3pts), Dried Cranberry (1) and Orange (0)
Dinner WW meal (4pts), apple (0)
Snack - Fudge bar (1), popcorn (1) and Cheese and deli turkey (5)
Total food value today is - 23
