My pastor spoke on God will not give you more than you can bear - 1 Chorinthians vs 13.Wonderful sermon in which it talks about temptation, got a lot from the sermon today.
Food Choices - Breakfast Rice Cake (1pt) and a Orange (0)
Snack - Graham Crakers (4) and fudge bar (1pt)
Lunch - Peanut and Jelly sandwich (peanut butter (natural) 2 pts), jelly (1) and bread (2 pts)
Snack -Chips and Salsa (6 - chips, salsa -0)
Dinner - Stuffed Bell Pepper(Hamburger -2 pts, bell pepper 0, onion - 0, fat free Pasta sauce - 1)
Corn - (2) and jello - (1).
Snack - Fudge bar (1),Cheese (4).
question about your fudge bar.. is that the WW fudge bar? if so be careful with that, the new point value makes that 3 points instead of 1.. I was saddened by that.
