Weight Watchers

I started the new points program on the 14th.  The week went well, my problem is logging the meals I eat each day. I went out to eat Sunday with the Church and I was for sure that it impact my weight loss for the week, but it didn't.  I lost 4.6lbs last week. 
This week has been kinda of shady, but I'm very mindful of my intake of food.
Monday - Breakfast - Rice Cake - 1pt and apple -0pts
                Lunch - Grilled Ceasar Salad (McDonalds) -5 pts
                Dinner - Rasin Bran Cereal - 4 pts fat free milk - 2 pts
                Snack - Cheese 2% -3 pts, grapes -0 pts, 2oranges 0 pts - fat free jello 0 pts and nuts - 5pts

Tuesday - Pancakes and veggies sausage 2pts and lite syurp 1 pt and butter - 1pt
                Lunch - Mixed veggies - 0, Kun Po Chicken -9pts and Crab Rangoon 3 pts
                 Dinner - Turkey/Hamburger Meatloaf with Tomato's, Onion - 9pts, Cabbage w/potato and     
                               onion 1 pt
                Snack - Carmels - 3pts, jello (sf) 0 pt, fudge bars 1 pt, nuts 5 pts, grapes 0 pts, oranges 0 pt and
                              pear 0 pt.
Wednesday - Breakfast - Cereal 4pts, fat free milk 2 pts, orange 0 pts
                      Lunch - Turkey (deli) 2 pts, lettuce 0 pts, Hamburger bun (wheat) 5 pts, mayo - 1 pt, jello (sf)
                                   0 pt.
                      Dinner - Turkey/Hamburger Meatloaf with Tomato's Onion - 9 pts, Cabbage w/ptotao and
                                    onion 1 pt
                      Snack - Chips BBQ - 4pts, Nuts 5 pts, pear 0 pts, orange 0pts, Cinnamon Roll 9 pts

          Weekly pts plus - Bagle w/cream cheese -6pts and 2% Cheese 1 pt
