First Day on Weight Watchers

Ok, so far so good. I have 34 pts to use for my daily allowance.
I started the morning with Oatmeal (2pts), 3ozs of fat free milk (1pt) and a orange (0pt) for breakfast.

My snack was a White Cheddar Rice Cake (1pt) and sugar free jello (0).

Lunch: Shrimp (1pt) lettuce (0) fat free Catlina Dressing (2) apple (0) and Dry Roasted Peanuts (4).

Mid day snack: yogurt(2)

Dinner: Weight Watcher meal: Chicken Oriental with rice (4) Orange (0) Salad (0) Catalina Dressing (2)

Desert: Weight Watcher fudge bar (2)

So, I had my protein X
Two dairy products - X
Vegetables - X
Fruits - X
Snacks - X
Oil (from peanuts) - X
Desert - X
Total points: 21
So if I get hungry I can eat Healthy pop Kettle corn (94.7%) - (1)

I thank God for giving me the strength to endure the day.  I am trusting him to guide me through the next faze of my life.
