On Thursday of this week I wil weigh in and see if I made any accomplishments. I decided to not test my curiosty by seeing how much I weight. Either way, I will not give in, I am determine to do this the right way.
Breakfast - Oatmeal w/milk 2ozs of 2% fat free milk) 4pts- orange (0 pts)
Snack - Deli Turkey (2pts) and peanuts (4 pts)
Lunch - Bagel (2), cream cheese (2 ) and apple (0pts)
Snack - Chips (4), Zingers (4)
Dinner - Weight Watchers (4pts) and Orange (0)
Snack - Cheese (2)
Ttal = 28
YAY! you had zingers.. don't you love that you can count those and not feel too guilty
