The problem I have is that when I get to use my extra points, I use them but don't know how to find my way back to the plan. It takes me about two days and then it sinks in that I can't continue to eat off plan. So, back to reality. I want to be healthy and feel and look a way that is pleasing to me. Don't get me wrong, I like me, somedays, but when I gained weight it is depressing, nothing fits or looks right and I realize that all the progress that was made has went right out the window.
So, I'm back on target, I'm charged up and ready to get it back on target.
Ok the weekend wasn't all that great but I did make some accomplishments this weekend, I stayed active, I cleaned my front yard on Saturday, thanks Mia for the drive by lol....., I went to the gym on Sunday and did some shopping after that and I cleaned my house on Monday. The gym has given me a new sense of liberty, I did't think that I would be able to withstand or go the limits but I continue to challenge myself and I like the results.
